I enjoyed my stay at America's Best. I especially appreciated that my room had a comfy chair, a couch, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and that breakfast was available every morning. A short list of pros and cons: The staff were attentive and helpful. There was a little bit of a language barrier at times, but it wasn't a serious hindrance. Breakfast could use a little work in terms of variety, but it was satisfactory. The room was comfortable and clean with the exception of the carpet, which should be replaced in the near future, but I don't tend to care about those things. The bed was soft but not firm enough. It made sleeping difficult some of the time.

A teenager checked me in upon my first arrival and he gave me the room key without telling me my room number and gave no direction to where it is at all. My room is upstairs and he pointed to a direction telling me it’s down the hall. So I had to search my own way there. He wrote the room number wrong and on the wifi password section he wrote “welcome”. I was so confused why a teenager could work there with no professional attitude at all. I had to go back to the front desk twice just to get in to my room. Also my room smells like dogs even when I did not bring in any pets. I checked this morning they do have rooms and areas that don’t allow pets in so I don’t even know why he gave me this room. The teenager staff also made a wrong phone call to at the middle of the night saying my purse was left to the front but it wasn’t me he remembered the wrong person. The facility looks very old, carpet is dirty and room has a dog smell. One night is enough, not going to come back again.

Room 2207 heater don't work.
Room was adequate. The heater did not work in room 2207. Called front desk, they moved us to a room that the heater worked. That was good. We left our belongings in 2207 and just slept in the room with the heater that worked for the night.

I would say everything was great but the microwave didn't work which wasn't a big deal to me. Having a crappy shower head was more disappointing than the microwave LOL.

The picture are outdated and deceiving. The room was in need of serious cleaning. There were food stains on the walls and tables, the beds were made but somehow had crumbs on them. The bathroom smelled like urine. The tv did not work. Do not recommend.

The people were extremely nice and friendly but very out dated, bed mattress was sitting on 2×4's. Very loud neighbors in the other rooms, floors very stained and dirty, gum stuck to floors.

My three daughters and I just needed a sleep before our final destination on our road trip. This motel was the cheapest. The neighborhood is where all the motels are. Hallways are dirty, full of trash. The room was clean, shower had pressure, etc. The biggest surprise was the all inclusive breakfast. We had 6 waffles and more (the same would have cost us more at denny's then the entire stay). For the money spent, I would give 5 stars.

Worked out great
Check in was bit frustrating, hotel couldn’t find my reservation. After showing them my email confirmation they got me my room setup. Room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again
