Our toilet was not flushing a couple hours after we arrived (hardly used it) and the front desk guy brought me a plunger. I obviously said no thanks! And we moved rooms at midnight. With all of the other, nicer, newer/remodeled hotels out there… BW as a chain should be cheaper than they are.

Our room was right above the lobby and they have a 24 seven music going on and it’s very annoying. Cause you could hear it through the walls and you can’t get no sleep. I went downstairs to the lobby to see if they could turn it off, but the front desk said that there was nothing they could do in the future when I go down there I would like to stay at the same facility, but I wish they would consider not having the music on when people are trying to sleep. Thank you.

"Mid" western cedar

The rooms were pretty standard, beds were not super comfortable and the pillows were rediculous, hard and tiny. They were closer to couch throw pillows then bed pillows

There are better options

Not the cleanest room. Things were kind of outdated. The front desk person was rude. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are in a pinch.
