Cheerful 4-bed 4 bath Cabin with Jacuzzi

Come, revive and relax in this spacious and comfortable 4-bed 4-bath (sleeps 18 in beds) cabin.

This one is truly a home away from home. This beautiful cabin has all the amenities you would want in a cabin and then some. Bring your whole family and friends too and stay the whole week. You'll be glad you did.

The main area is a great room area with a comfy Sectional that can seat 12 and a Message Chair/Heated/Lumbar Support/Reclining Loveseat (this was recently added).

The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, Keurig, 3 crock pots, 1 Air Fryer, pressure cooker, 2-electric griddles, toaster, hand mixer, all utensils, pots and pans, mixing bowls, paper towels, dishwasher, ice maker, gas oven, outside gas grill.

We provide all the soaps: dishwasher, laundry, hand, shampoo and conditioner.

We provide towels: bath, hand, and wash, paper towels. Linens, pillows and blankets for all the beds. There are multiple types of pillows in each room (soft, firm, feather) so you can pick the best one for you to get a good night's sleep.

We have blazing fast (150+ mbps) unlimited internet for all your devices. There's a T.V. in every room and bedroom so you can connect and stream all your favorite shows wherever you may find yourself.

We also have DirecTV throughout the cabin.

The dining table can seat up to 14 and the island can seat 4. The large living room has a gas fireplace and an oversized comfy couch so everyone can gather and watch their favorite movie or show at night.

6 snow sleds are provided. There's snow ball maker and a snow block maker if you want to make a snow cave.

There's 5 outside lounge chairs to sit around the fire during the summer.

There's plenty of firewood for the outside fires. No need to buy any. The inside fireplace is gas.

There's a foosball a ping pong table and a vintagae arcade machine for your enjoyment.

There's easy winter access. The roads are maintained all year around. 4 wheel drive or snow chains with front wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter months.

There's plenty of room for relaxation outdoors too with two separate fire pits, a Hot Tub and a large deck that looks out into the beautiful tall pines aspens filled forest.

Bring your hammocks because there's so many trees to hang from.

Great Location just seconds from the "Greatest Snow on Earth". Just one mile to Brian Head Ski Resort (Giant Steps and Navajo ski lifts), 4 miles to Cedar Breaks National Monument, 60 Miles to Bryce Canyon National Park, 70 miles to Zion National Park and just a few feet from your very own piece of Dixie National Forest.

The drive from Las Vegas is just 3 hours and the drive from Los Angeles is just 7 hours.

The snow here is truly amazing or you can come during the summer time too and enjoy the cool weather and spectacular mountain biking and hiking at Brian Head resort. Ride the lifts up the mountain with your bikes and ride down the mountain. You can rent an off road vehicle and explore the trails that way if hiking is not your thing. There really is something for everyone here at Brian Head Utah.

Great house close to the slopes

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and fully stocked with the basic necessities. The kids loved the jacuzzi and the games that were provided. The house was close to the slopes and easy to get to. We had difficulty with the garage door and the owner was quick to respond with advice. Will definitely stay here again.

Ski trip

The house was big enough and very comfortable for three families. We enjoyed the kitchen, dining and large living room area and spent most of our time there. The house was clean and had plenty of towels. I appreciated that there was an extra toilet paper and paper towels as well. It’s a very short distance to the ski resort and the location was perfect for us. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Great Cabin!

We are so grateful for a lovely stay in this cabin. Everyone enjoyed themselves and appreciated this great cabin. There is a lot of communication through signs about the expectations while staying in the cabin. This was helpful. We found the firepit under the snow and created a campfire. Spa on the back porch was fun. BBQ worked great. Garage was roomy enough for an SUV and a truck. Master bedroom was comfy. Thank you again!!

Great Family Cabin

I'd stay here again. It had plenty of room for multi-family gatherings and plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, etc.. It is also well located, about 1 mile to town. It does appear to be in need of a deep clean as the dust and dander was high. It triggered allergies for many of us. Not sure why the kitchen cabinets do not have handles either. Also, I disagree with the check-out cleaning "chores" of sweeping out the garage and hauling your trash 1 mile down the road (punitive charges if not done). The garage sweeping should be done by the cleaning staff since we pay a cleaning fee. There should be a large trash bin on-site for guests to dump the trash as well. Once again, guests are already paying a cleaning fee.

Family Snow Time

A beautiful home, with everything we needed and more. My young grandkids loved the living room, so kid friendly and so much space. Lots of peace of mind for mom. The dining room table was great for meals and cards for everyone. I think it seats 10+. Host provides extra chairs, a baby gate, a high chair and sleds for the snow. We actually sled in the back yard, which was perfect for a 1.8 yr old and a 5 yr old. The next day drove to a sled area just down the street for larger sledding hills. A beautiful & welcoming home with room for many. Also so close to skiing. We want to come again. Thank you so much Blaine.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

This cabin was a perfect retreat for my family between Christmas and New Years! The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the huge table and family room furniture that fit all of us. The Christmas decorations made it feel like we were at home. Snowball makers, snow block mold, sleds, fireplace and hot tub were extras that made it so fun and set it apart from other cabins we’ve stayed in! We loved having 4 full baths and plenty of rooms and extra beds for extra comfort. Like others have mentioned it gets pretty warm in a couple of the upstairs bedrooms, but cracking the window at night made it just right. Glad to have heat! We would love to stay again!

Great Cabin!

This is probably one of the best cabins we have stayed in for our annual family snow trip. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us. The living room has a great L-shaped couch as well as a massage love seat which was a big hit. It has was a perfect room for family games at night. The large kitchen table accomodated all of us! The beds were plentiful and the bed in the main bedroom was just as comfy as my bed at home. I appreciated the fact that the main living area is on the ground floor. No lugging everything up stairs to the kitchen. The cabin is well appointed with lots of cozy touches and even better supplied. There was literally nothing that we needed. It was all there. Everything was in working order, we had absolutely no issues. It is very close to all of the lifts and main town area.

Nice stay but hiccups along the way

Beautiful location, clean and well stocked home with plenty of beds for our large group. A couple of items to note: Upon receiving check in instructions, the host stated that the heater had gone out and the part wouldn’t arrive until after our stay. He provided a number of space heaters which kept the upstairs bedrooms warm but the downstairs living area was always chilly. Washer works, dryer does not. After 4 hours, we finally gave up on drying a very small load of children’s clothing. The dryer never reached a warm temp. We messaged host but there was never resolution. In the meantime, the breaker tripped once probably due to all the portable heaters and the host was responsive in that regard so that issue was resolved. Make sure heater is working properly if visiting during cool temps! I’d also recommend a new dryer be installed or remove washer/dryer from listing.

Wonderful for families

We had such an amazing stay at this VRBO. Everything was exactly as pictured online. Our 2 families had way more than enough room. The hot tub was so great. Our kids played on the arcade throughout the stay and loved the bunkbeds. Just perfect for a family vacation. There are a number of checkout rules, but they are clearly stated and easy to follow, this wasn't a problem. We happened to arrive when it was snowing, so we almost didnt make it up the drive. Luckily one of our party had chains and we were able to follow them up. If there is snow forecast, you should consider having chains if you dont have 4w drive like us. Our kids are already asking to return

Great family cabin

We had a large group of families and this property didn’t disappoint! There was great communication with property manager who helped us with anything we needed (blown breaker). Kids loved the bunk beds and games. We almost got snowed in with non 4 wheel drive so if you expect heavy snow during your stay strongly recommend 4 wheel drive! Great location to Brian Head Ski Resort!

Place was as advertised, and very accommodating to our needs. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and items you would need as well. Having the jacuzzi in the back after being out all day was also pretty sweet. Would recommend staying here, and if we had the same size group would stay again.

Boucher family Christmas 2022

This was our 2nd year staying in this cabin for our family Christmas .. The cabin is well equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms extra bedding heaters etc….. V ery roomy perfect for large families that like to hang out. Only thing I would ask is for the knives to be sharpened .. If that is the only request you know it’s a great cabin…

Great Getaway

Charming house with plenty of space for larger families. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. We liked having a garage as several of my friends brought their mountain bikes. We would rent again if we come back to Brian Head.
