**Interior:** Whitman by the C is a spacious and tastefully decorated townhouse right on the water. The open-concept living room invites you to unwind with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with modern appliances and ample counter space. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, offers a great place for family dinners. There is a half bath on this floor for convenience. The home has two queen-sized bedrooms, that are separated for ample privacy. The 2 full bathrooms are updated and well-appointed. There are TV's in each bedroom and the living room, all with DISHTV.
**Exterior:** The property has 2 large screened in decks perfect for lounging and dining alfresco while enjoying the sea breeze. The large outdoor area has beautiful trees and grass, this area is communal for the small complex. There is no direct access to the water due to mangroves. The dock is also a part of the community and available for use. Parking is available on-site for added convenience. The unit faces west, providing beautiful sunset views over the ocean.
**Neighborhood:** Whitman by the C is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions. There is a nice little beach to launch kayaks just a couple of blocks down G St. Nearby, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and recreational activities such as fishing, boating, and biking. **Help along the way:** Your stay with us is meant to be a peaceful vacation. Detailed instructions for access and amenities are provided, and our McCormick Management team is available for any inquiries or assistance during your stay.
**Notes:** This unit does not allow pets. Also, guests must be able to climb stairs as this is a 3 level townhouse. If you need a pack'n'play for a child please contact us prior to arrival.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
