Hotels.com Failure

Our hotel stay was fine, it’s Hotels.com that was the problem! Hotel had no record of our paid reservation. No access to talking to a live agent, so had to use online messaging. It took 30 minutes and 3 different agents before they finally called the hotel to confirm our reservation. Incompetence and unacceptable!

The property needs some updating. There is no way to keep the fan running when the AC/heat goes off which makes the room stuffy. They have a top sheet and heavy duvet like most hotels which does not allow for temperature control for your body.
