Homeless, panhandlers and drug users littered the parking lot. Room decor is updated, however mattress was broken down and barbarically uncomfortable. And what made it worse is the bed had bed bugs. When presenting to management staff they apologized and was about to do nothing besides allow me to leave. I stood and stared at the representative who could not pry their eyes off their own game on their cell phone to make eye contact with me. When they finally looked up and seen that I had not left, they asked me what more they could do to help me. I explain to them that I booked this room for the night and I cannot stand my room because it has bed bugs. I will need to get another room at another hotel and need a refund. The representative told me they must inspect the room first before they can issue the refund. What I felt was unusual, they were not shocked when I said the room had bed bugs. Unclean, unsafe and disgusting hotel, avoid at all cost.

Underwhelming
First room had mildew in the bathroom (first picture). Got switched to a different room. Second room had mildew in the bathroom (second picturesuntilfinishe). I got tired of switching, so I kept it. Killed a roach in my room. Sot up early and bought some mildew spray. It worked like a charm (last two pictures). For the most part, the staff was fine. The Stand out was Tori. She was phenomenal. She tried everything in her power to make it right.

Floors were slimy and dirty in room and my socks were brown after walking on them. Sheets were paper thin, no mattress cover and only a blanket on the bed.

It's a cheap motel, so you get what you pay for, but none of the outlets to charge my phone or laptop worked, the outlets in the bed frame were compatible with our regular charging blocks, and there were random people camping out in the parking lot and stairwells. For a single woman, it wasnt safe.

When I checked in they sent me to a room that was occupied for crying out loud. I had to climb stairs with my luggage and then go downstairs. I am dealing with arthritis in my spine. I am on disability. Not cool. The bathroom tile is peeling off the wall. Not cool. I had to push a cleaning cart out of my way to just walk to my room. Not cool.

The room floor was dirty. Our shoes stuck to it and it turned our socks black. The smoke alarm was in the desk. The tv remote didn’t change channels, the volume did work.
