The rooms are kinda small but they are comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful; and the hotel is in a walkable distance to the main attractions.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. We didn't realise how far the hotel was from the river. The outward walk was fine but going back seemed a long way as it's all uphill.

The 2nd day I asked if they how to use the room service, bc my 74 yr mother had injured herself. I was told that it was not an option, but I was permitted to carry 5 plates of food to my room. After 10min of eating the waiter knocked on the neighbors door with food and asked then on my door for the plates back. The next day I was provided room service with no issues, different front and back staff.

Habitación 105, ruido del aparato de aire acondicionado en patio, toda la noche. Nos cambiaron a la 505, y lo mismo. Las x04, x05 y x06 no son aconsejables. El lavabo del baño muy pequeño. No puedes apoyar nada de aseo. Desayuno correcto. El servicio de cafetería amables, pero muy limitado en oferta.
