The man checking us in was rude and it set a poor precedent for the whole stay. The WiFi didn’t reach the room we were staying in and next to nothing was open around town for a Friday night.

The managers are very pleasant and kind.The motel unit is old but clean and comfortable.The rates are reasonable and free breakfast is provided.I always stay here when passing through. Thank you to the kind and friendly managers.

This poor property is such a workhorse for its owners. It is very old infrastructure and although everything works, it is very, very dated. Being behind security gates, it does offer that extra level of protection from visiting humbugs

The management has really bad customer service skills. I drove 1,400kms, I pre-booked my accommodation here. After finally arriving in Ceduna after driving 14 hours, arrived after 8pm. Go to check-in to the hotel to find the front gate is locked. Called the number on the gate, management answers the phone I expected I had a booking and I couldn't get into the gate. Management replies with "Well you've missed the check-in time, check-in time finishes at 7pm there's nothing I can do about it. You should have gotten here earlier." Wouldn't even let me check-in even though I had already pre-paid for my accommodation. (Non refundable) Worst experience ever. I don't recommend anyone stay here.
