Extraordinaire séjour - une vue exceptionnelle
Notre séjour à Cefalù dans l’appartement magnifique de Lucca était parfait en tout point. Lucca est un hôte d’une gentillesse et d’une attention particulière. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer les alentours et nous a guidés. Un accueil merveilleux. L’appartement offre une vue spectaculaire sur une terrasse immense et splendide. C’est aussi très calme et très propre. Nous reviendrons et nous le conseillons à nos amis. C’est certain. Merci Lucca pour votre très chaleureux accueil

Superbe location conforme à la description
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans l’appartement de Luca, qui nous a d’ailleurs très bien accueilli , a toujours été disponible et nous a conseillé de nombreuses choses. L’appartement est conforme à la description, la grande terrasse panoramique est encore plus belle en vraie ! 10 mn pour descendre à la plage , 20 mn pour remonter car l’appartement est en hauteur de la ville , cela nous a fait notre sport ! Je recommande fortement cette location, idéale pour profiter de son séjour ! Antoine

Excellent accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire qui est plein de petites attentions pour que nous passions un bon séjour. L'appartement est en tous points conforme à l'annonce, il est propre , confortable et la terrasse est juste exceptionnelle. La situation est idéale pour aller au centre ou a la plage à pied.

Lovely apartment with fantastic terrace and view . Luca was extremely kind picking us up from the station and taking us back at the end of our stay. It is a hike into town and to the beach and hot going up all the steps but worth it for the view.

Now I understand what a “superheat” is. Luca went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He picked us up at the train station, gave us numerous recommendations, and was very available with any questions/requests we may have had. The property was lovely! Very clean, and With an amazing view. We enjoyed the work into town where the beach, Only 10 minutes away or so… Close to restaurants and supermarket. Quiet and peaceful, Good nights sleep! If you are looking for an amazing rental this is the place! Great location - about a 1km walk to beach and Centro. Luca and his brother are the perfect hosts - they are the best! Our stay at Luca'a apartment was an absolute delight. As a host, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. His invaluable tips and insights into the area truly helped with our exploration of the surroundings. The penthouse apartment is a gem, and the stunning views in all directions are even more breathtaking in person than portrayed in the photos. Waking up to such panoramic vistas was a treat every morning, and the sunsets were incredible. We left with cherished memories and a longing to return to beautiful Cefalù. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt… die Wohnung ist hell und gepflegt… vom Bett aus konnten wir das Meer sehen, großartig! Die Terrasse ist einmalig! Herzliche Dank an Luca und seinen Bruder- es fehlte an Nichts 💓! Wer ruhig schlafen möchte, sollte sich Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, denn neben der Wohnung ist der Maschinenraum des Fahrstuhls.

Ein herzlicher zuvorkommder Gastgeber, der an alles gedacht hat, was ein Feriengast in Cefalu brauchen könnte. 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand über einen parkartigen Fußweg. 10 min zu Fuß ins Städtchen. Was will man mehr. Abends ganz für sich über den Dächern von Cefalu und doch auf Tuchfühlung.

Luca and Stefano's apartment is lovely, and they were great hosts too. Luca got us cakes as a welcome gift, and gave us loads of tips for our stay. The views are as good as the photos, if not better, and the walk to the old town and the beach is really manageable (even during the heatwave we had during our stay)! We will definitely come back!

Fabulous getaway
First and foremost, Luca and Stefano are two extremely pleasant, gracious and helpful hosts. They alone made our stay enjoyable. Their place provides stunning views of Cefalu and spectacular sunsets. The unit is well equipped and offers everything you need. It is a bit of an uphill hike from the beach/old town, but we enjoyed the exercise. We look forward to staying here again in the future. We chose to visit Cefalú due to its nice beach, beautiful surroundings and interesting old city. Luca and his brothers’ apartment stood out from the other listings with great reviews and photos. When we arrived we had a small issue with a curtain and they had it fixed asap. They were also super helpful with tips for the city, and Luca joined us to the store. All the recommendations we got were phenomenal as well. The only negative to the apartment is that it is 10 minutes uphill walk from the beachfront, but there are multiple ways to go, and stairs go all the way up. We did not see the climb as an issue at all. Overall a great place to stay if you are visiting Cefalú

Great Terrace and View!
Great apartment overlooking Cefalu town and beach! An easy 10-15 min walk to old town and even shorter walk to really nice grocery store and beach. The walk back to the apartment is uphill all the way, but we loved the exercise. Owners are quite nice and do speak English which helps with check-in and out.

We absolutely lucked out by choosing this place. Stefano and Luca are the sweetest hosts and the view from the place is truly breathtaking. We were two mid-20s women traveling alone, the hosts were extremely accommodating (helping with move in and move out, and giving us great recs) and super responsive on whatsapp. The place was clean and had everything we needed. This is an absolute gem especially given the price. Book this place!!!

Wonderful views from a great apartment
Host was amazingly communicative and ready to do anything to help. I wish I had communicated more before arrival to check on some of the simple unknowns. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed. The views are amazing, with wonderful uninterrupted panoramic sunsets from the veranda. This does come with a small cost - a short walk with several flights of stairs to get to and from town. We managed it each day with our confident 3 year old and a buggy - but something to be aware of if you're less capable. Would recommend.

Unsere fünfköpfige Familie hat die saubere, helle und gemütliche Wohnung mit ihrer riesigen Terrasse und mit ihrer Traumaussicht auf Cefalu und das Meer sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles geboten, was eine Ferienwohnung bieten sollte. Luca war ein hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sehr ausführlich und enthusiastisch über die Umgebung informierte. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, sehr netter Gastgeber
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im ruhigeren neuen Teil von Cefalù, vor allem die riesige Terrasse mit Blick auf Meer und Altstadt ist grandios, wir haben dort wunderschön gegessen und uns ausgeruht, die Kinder konnten dort spielen. Auch sonst ist die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem, was wir brauchten, sehr hell (mit Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten), top sauber, man fühlt sich wohl. Fußweg zum Strand oder in die Altstadt ca. 15 Minuten. Luca, der Besitzer, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns viele gute Tipps für Restaurants, Einkaufen und Ausflüge gegeben und Interessantes über Cefalù erzählt.
