The villa has a private pool (5 meters large, 8 meters long, 1,63 meter deep). The villa was renovated in 2019: new pool decking, 2 new bathroom, a new exsternal kitchen, etc..The Villa consists of 5 rooms (each with a private entrance) that are all furnished with a distinctive elegant simplicity, ideal for a relaxing holiday. 3 out 5 of the rooms have private bathroom, 2 rooms have to share 1 bathroom. 4 out 5 bedrooms have air conditioning. The rooms are 4 doubles and 1 quadruple. In 2 of the doubles it is possible to insert an extra single bed so that maximum accomodation of thr villa is 14 people The villa has at his disposal, a completely furnished external kitchen an a gazebo (made of wood and wrought iron and glass completely closed) used as living room with kitchen corner from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. It’s present, also an enormous barbecue corner with a very large oven for pizzas.
Cefalu: Cefalù is set on the northern coast, 75 kilometres east of Palermo, from which it is about forty-five minutes by car, a bit longer by train. Around Cefalu: round Cefalù, places of interest include the Sanctuary of Gibilmanna - a hillside pilgrimage destination-, the ruins of Greek Himera, the Natural Park of Madonie mountains and Castelbuono - a mountain medieval town about 25 kilometres from Cefalù famous for the castle once owned by the Ventimiglia family, feudal lords of several towns in the area-.
Finally, Cefalù is famous as touristic site also for its magnificent white sandy beaches. The main sandy beach is in front of Cefalù and it’s called “lungomare”. There, it’s possible to find many different lidos that offer sun beds and umbrellas, as well as public beaches where you can stay for free.
