Great service, nice location, suggested. Maybe more water bottles in the fridge, some AC a bit more powerful and a second key for 2 guests automatically would be great but overall really great and suggested.

Un agréable hôtel pour le confort mais un petit déjeuner très décevant concernant la qualité des produits sélectionnés. Seconde déception le spa était fermé lors de notre séjour. Au petit déjeuner le personnel est aimable et serviable.

We waren hier voor de tweede keer. En dit heeft een reden. Leuke sfeer, prachtige inrichting. Er is aan alles gedacht. Ook het ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Iedere dag schone badlakens en handdoeken. Alles netjes en schoon. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van hun spa. Zeker een aanrader, vooral de lichaamsmassage.

Hotel Eccellente
Bellissima struttura nella piazza centrale di Cellino San Marco, facilità di parcheggio gratuito, hotel molto elegante e camere molto belle e con tutte le comodità. Personale fantastico, gentile e disponibile, un plauso per Mimmo , il cameriere della prima colazione . Posizione ottimale per visitare il Salento . Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare la Spa , ma dalle immagini, credo sia anche questa all’altezza della struttura.

Het niveau van de service is uitzonderlijk, bij ons vertrek om 05.15 uur stond er personeel klaar om ons te helpen, werd er een speciaal ontbijt geserveerd (een heerlijke espresso) en zeer vriendelijke en zorgzame bediening. De locatie is geweldig, de kamers Koninklijk, alles klopt in een regio waar nog wel wat te winnen is op dit gebied.
