Overall this hotel was incredible and we had a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that it’s been two weeks and I still have not gotten my damage deposit back. It is still “pending”! I have never had a hold take this long to be released. That is my only complaint.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful views and many things to do on the property. Would recommend to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Staff were very friendly, and rooms were spacious. The only thing I would want to see in rooms in a small microwave.

Beautiful property with lots of outdoor seating, beautiful pool, and outdoor bar. The onsite restaurant was lovely with excellent service. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake. I loved the old photographs throughout the building showing the area as a resort at the turn of the century.

A very nice place to stay in Jamestown.
This hotel is a lakefront property. Some of the lakeside rooms have balconies (highly reccommended) that provide nice vistas. They have a good restaurant on premises and other restaurants are within 5 minute drives. The king size bed was comfortable. They have morning coffee on every floor near the elevators. The gardens are beautiful.
