The holiday home is located in a protected region and directly on the River Lot. As a result, there is plenty of opportunity for swimming or boating nearby. The Lot has several beaches where you can sunbathe. Canoes for nice trips are easy to rent. Also visit a flea market nearby or go to one of the many summer festivals. In this lovingly renovated country house from 1696, you will be immersed in times gone by.

The house has been atmospherically restored to its former glory. When you look at the old beamed ceilings, the plastered walls, the wooden floors, the thick doors, the fireplaces, the private courtyard and the vine-covered terrace, you will understand exactly what we mean by this.

The house is just 6 km from Saint Cirq-Lapopie, a village listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, and a true medieval treasure in the Lot. Located between Cahors (32 km) and Figeac (41 km), it is the ideal base to explore the Causses du Quercy regional natural park, with its medieval heritage and traditional kitchen.
