Unique Off-grid stay in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest

This unique vacation rental, made from the body of an ambulance trailer, is nestled in the White Mountain National Forest. The interior of the caravan features custom cork tile flooring, twinkly fairy lights, a cozy queen mattress, and sliding screen windows on three sides. There is not just one, but two wooden decks to enjoy the spectacular surroundings. Outside this ambulance lies in the field and boasts some lovely mountain views and its own fire pit (Wood is available for $5.00 per bundle).

Located on Toad Hill, a remote 45 acre property surrounded by pristine forest in the heart of The White Mountains. There is lots to do and see in the area. Hike, bike, snowmobile or ski from the door to waterfalls, ponds, or just around the property in search of birds and wildlife. Take a day trip to Province or Mountain Pond for both swimming and fly fishing. Toad hill also host a summer music festival and has beautiful sculptures around the property. Perfect for people trying to get away from life and into nature!

Pretty much like camping. It was a lot of fun! Loved the hike to the waterfall, though some more direction would have been nice. Not as much privacy as we expected, but a great time.
