This newly built waterfront contemporary residence with expansive views, solar heated pool, central AC, cook's kitchen and privacy galore is available from August through Labor Day. Perfectly located in close proximity to pristine ocean beaches, wildlife refuges, boating, North Fork wineries + South Fork attractions, fine restaurants, farmstands, museums, and Riverhead Aquarium & outlets. This home is just 90 minutes from the city by car or train, and 15 minutes west of Westhampton Beach, 30 minutes from North Fork wineries.

Situated on 4 acres of serene woodland where the Moriches Bay meets the Forge River, this property promises a tranquil retreat. The design seamlessly connects with nature, providing breathtaking views from every room. The home's meticulous attention to detail, decor and contemporary art sets it apart. Built for family gatherings and entertaining, there is ample parking for you and your guests.

Immerse yourself in the essence of indoor/outdoor living with a spacious grand living area, dining room, and kitchen that effortlessly flow to decks and a screened-in porch (with dining table for 8 and fireplace) on the upper level. A private Master Suite is on the upper level. At the ground level a large, L-shaped ipe wood deck surrounds the pool and features shaded and sunny sitting areas, kitchenette, changing room, and four chaises by the saltwater heated pool. Our pool has an electric cover controlled by a keypad code that keeps the pool clean and small children safe, and the UV filter means minimal chlorine - the water is like silk. Two BBQs (Weber + ceramic egg) are off to the side. Down by the waterfront is a table and 6 chairs for lunch and sunset dinners, plus two chaises and a hammock to enjoy the ocean breezes, read and nap. Our western exposure means gorgeous sunsets (see photos)!

Launch kayaks and Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boards (provided) easily off the beach. The garage has four bicycles, and there is access to an 18-ft sailboat for an additional charge. Day rentals for motorboats to Fire Island National Seashore (no houses!) available at Silly Lily Fishing Station 5 minutes away. If you have to work (it happens) there is a separate office adjacent to the Master Bedroom, and a cozy den with 75" screen for watching movies (also functions as an extra sleep sofa).

This coastal home prides itself on being green-- runs mostly on solar and uses no chemicals inside or out. No dangerous pesticides, all native plantings, and herb garden for your use, and is sprayed with organic natural oils for tick and mosquito control monthly. Birds and butterflies abound. It is truly a slice of heaven on earth, far enough from the Hamptons traffic snarls, but close enough to visit. Come discover the Moriches!
