This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 12 guests, offering an idyllic escape for families or groups looking to experience the charm and beauty of one of Cape Cod's most coveted shorelines. Nestled on a private path leading to a serene private beach, this home blends the traditional Cape Cod aesthetic with luxurious modern amenities. As you step inside, you're greeted by classic coastal touches, inviting living spaces, and a layout designed for comfort and relaxation.
The main floor features the fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, breeze sunroom, and cozy living room with a streaming TV and plenty of natural light providing the perfect setting for memorable gatherings after a day at the beach. Bedroom #1 with a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway complete the level.
The second floor has four additional bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, streaming TV and shared attached full bathroom with Bedroom #3 which has 1 queen bed and 1 double bed. Bedrooms #4 and 5 each have a queen bed and share an additional hallway full bathroom. Off of the central foyer on the second floor is also washer and dryer closet and a door out to the deck which has sweeping ocean views. Central AC throughout the home will ensure your comfort when the mid-summer heat takes hold.
