The carpet was stained and dirty, shower was not of right temperature, shower too stained with moulds. Heating wasn’t right temperature and goes off.

Shower was could clearly broken because bath and sink had hot water shower was cold only Food in the restaurant was so bad the fish and chips were inedible and refunded from the bill

Stayed there previously and again it was lovely. Nice room and close to decent bars for a drink and food. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay with friends with drink vouchers water and biscuits. Thought breakfast was included so had to pay for one day and had a complimentary day so a bit confusing. Staff were really helpful but computer said no for breakfast!
