This review is based purely on our experience and applies to 115A (the slightly cheaper of the two suites). The short of it is - if you are over 6' tall, or have a problem with stairs, or a light sleeper (all of which apply to me), then look elsewhere.
If none of these are a problem for you, then the location is good. Walkable to downtown, very close to a great cafe and bakery for breakfast. As stated in another review, the photos don't do the space justice. It is roomy, although everything is interconnected - ie there is no separate bedroom. The bed is comfortable, as is the lounge. Huge TV and the kitchen facilities are fine - if not a little weird with the way the laundry is installed - but not a show-stopper.
Communications with the owner were clear and timely.
115A is upstairs, having to cross through a common access area with a business. This was not really an issue - but just a little odd. It is a narrow and quite long staircase. For the fit and healthy - this should not be an issue.
I am a light sleeper and the traffic noise in the morning did wake me. It is located on one of the main arterial roads into town. As for being over 6' - an early morning wander to the bathroom resulted in me cracking my head on a ledge above the toilet. If you are under about 6', or don't need to take bathroom breaks in the dark - then you should be fine.
Oh - and to the owner, please ensure the kitchen rubbish bin is empty for new tenants in future.
