The price was right. Staff was friendly. Good location. The bathroom sink and shower didn’t drain. The toilet seat felt like it was coming off, which in turn made it feel like you were going to land on the floor. I brought the above items to the attention of the front office and they said they appreciated knowing as they wouldn’t have known otherwise. So they seemed genuinely interested in knowing and looking to make it right.

Lobby was needing clean. room was filthy.They need to scrub the tile and clean the bathroom. When in bed looking up, you could see where they had water leakage.Because the paint hanging down off the ceiling over the bed. I'm surprised when Wyndham would have their name on this, please.

We arrived at MFR and had arranged transportation to the motel. The lady that picked us up from the airport at 1:am on 6/19 was an absolute pleasure. A perfect employee for any company. I think she said that she kinda catered the breakfast presentation. IF YOU REALLY CARE, KEEP HER. As for your front desk, which some speak pee pee poor English, they need to be evaluated again as they hurt your IMMAGE. I may not be back.

Very nice receptionist both in the morning and evening. Nice hotel especially for the price. Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet. Only bummer was the waterslide wasn't open during the days we stayed, but the pool was so it worked out.
