A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table. A game room has full-size air hockey, dart board, and board games. Includes a canoe for guest use, 2 tv's with roku sticks, and Wi-Fi. Off-street parking in front of the house. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt.81.

Great time and place
It is a great place to relax by the lake. There were a couple board games we can play, air hockey, croquettes, horsheshoes, a canoe and some floats to help you have some fun. The beds were comfortable, the place was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with, crockpot and the Grill outside works great. The sounds of the geese and ducks and other wildlife was just so calming. We came in the fall and it was very pretty. We only saw the owner when he checked with us that it was okay to mow the lawn (we were already planning to be gone the day he was going to do it). Very nice guy, lives nearby and seemed very responsive if we needed him. We would definitely choose this place again. One thing we liked best: those who wanted to stay up could do so downstairs,and those who wanted to sleep could do that upstairs (most bedrooms are upstairs). It allowed us to have a great relaxing tjme.
