We enjoyed a warm greeting by the front desk and all interactions with other staff were pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located near Milano Centrale station. The room was quiet, well-appointed, and clean. The bed is nicely firm and there is a choice of two pillows with difference levels of firmness. The included breakfast was good, with a wide choice of options. Overall, we had a very good one night stay in transit to other destinations.

Hotel was very nice, had a leak in the ceiling and they moved us to another room with apologize, breakfast was great. Nice and close to the trains a bit of a hike to anything else.

Hotel is in a convenient location from train station. Easy transportation on the corner from the hotel to explore Milan. Area seems a bit run down with a lot of graffiti, but this issue seems to be a problem all through the city. Rooms are spacious, beds a bit too firm and pillows need to be improved as there was not much fill in them. Breakfast was good. We would consider staying again for all the conveniences.

I have stayed here several times and have enjoyed each stay, until this one. The Hotel has down graded their amenities. No Tissues in the Bathroom. Small shampoo and gel instead of wall mounted canisters. No body or hand cream. Towels were not plush, they seemed old and very thin. No upgrade, hotel was not near capacity. Breakfast was okay.Will not stay there again.

Very nice hotel close to the train station. We did several day trips from Milan on train and it was perfect for us. Breakfast was delicious and staff very professional. We booked the classic double room and it was better than the pictures.

So happy to land at this beautiful hotel after hiking and becoming slightly ill. The room was so quiet, and no surprises. Wonderful breakfast-included was a real blessing.

I liked the hotel, but what I didn’t like, was that it was not clean. I took a shower and after walking back into the bedroom (from the shower), my feet were really dirty from dust and dirt. I asked the person at the front desk to have it cleaned, (which she assure me would happen) but the same thing happened the second day. It just gave me an overall feeling that the place was dirty….

This was a gem of a hotel. Everything was new and modern. The hotel was situated close enough to Central Station to be an easy walk with luggage, but far enough away to avoid some the seediness near the station. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was within walking distance from the train station, which was super convenient. The front desk staff checking us in were great. Breakfast was included in the cost and there was a nice variety of items. My only issues were the decorative doorknob that doesn’t actually do anything but we didn’t know ahead of time that it was just decoration and the bed was quite hard. I would still recommend the hotel and stay there next time we are in Milan!
