Hotel is little bit outdated, elevator takes long time to get on desire floor. Hotel is located in busy area, but convenient to transportation. Rooms are comfortable, but needs some renovation; terrace on 9th floor is outstanding with gorgeous view.

This hotel is as close to the train station as it gets. Quick check in and clean room. I requested a room with a tub, but the "tub" portion did not work. I was on the 5th floor and you could hear street noise. Excellent bed. Nice Fridge but as others said no coffee or kettle option. I added breakfast and it was good before a long flight. I would stay here again if I was in the area. Thank you for a nice rest for my final night in Milan.

The check in process was very unfriendly. I barely was told where I could find an elevator to get to my room and I was not told about any of the amenities. The hotel location is very convenient walking distance to the main Milano train station. That was also the bad part because people just hung out outside the hotel playing music and talking loudly unfortunately. One night I did have to call guest services to ask if something could be done. They did apologize for the inconvenience and a couple minutes later the loud people did stop. The hotel is ok. Not memorable.

This hotel is very beautiful! Our room was massive and located several floors up. The staff were very kind, and I’ve noticed they are multilingual. Check in was very easy as well as checking out. It’s conveniently located right by the Milan train station as well as the underground transit station, making public transportation very easy! Highly recommend!

Disappointing experience
Disappointing Experience My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, things started off on the wrong foot. After I paid for my room, I received no information about the hotel amenities—no instructions about the minibar, no details on breakfast, not even the Wi-Fi password. It felt as though the staff had no interest in ensuring a pleasant stay. The service was equally disappointing. I called three times to request water, with each call spaced about 15-20 minutes apart, yet the water still took an unreasonably long time to arrive. This level of service is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The towels provided had old hair on them, which was extremely off-putting. Thankfully, I had brought my own, but this is not something any guest should have to deal with. Additionally, the bathroom walls were visibly dirty, further adding to my discomfort. Overall, this experience left much to be desired. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of their service and cleanliness standards for future guests.
