The check in process is an absolute nightmare. We had to go the Italyway office at the train station to get the keys. So if you don’t arrive by train, it is a pain. Seems like it is close to the apartments however with all the traffic and luggage, it is a great pain.
Apartment was in the basement, lift was not working for all 3 days we were there.
Shower is mouldy.
Apartment did not have neither stated heating nor air conditioning. We got frozen there. When I called the office, they said that they could not do much about it. They did not even provide with additional blankets and there were none available inside the apartment.
Moreover, at first, the hot water was not hot at all. It was slightly warm and we were unable to take shower and get warm. I called them and asked to help, but they were not eager to do anything. The hot water got better though the next day.
The only positive thing about the stay there was a parking. It was included and it was right next to the entrance door.
