Beauriful hotel. Our room was clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Staff were generally very friendly. One lady (older staff, potentially a supervisor?) who worked at the breakfast buffet seemed quite unfriendly towards a certain racial group but generally, we were satisfied with the service and overall stay.

Good, but a word of caution
Great location (near to the Central Station) and good rooms. Air con was a bit loud and had a very old type of control, so could be improved. At check in, we were offered a room upgrade for 450 Euros. After declining, we were told that they had no rooms left with the King size bed we booked, so could now offer the upgrade for 40 Euros. This felt very much like a scam. We insisted on having the bed size we booked, so in the end, the room upgrade was given for free. Just be aware of this potential scam… 450 Euros feels like fishing for money!

We just stayed 2 nights. Right across the street from the Central train station. So convenient for exploring! The staff were wonderful. The room was nice and cool with good air conditioning. It was VERY hot outside so it was such a relief to come back to the room!

The hotel was perfectly located, walking distance from Milan central train station and metro. Four stop to Duomo by metro. The hotel was everything we wanted, clean, comfortable and perfectly located. The room size was above average for Europe. We had the superior room which came larger bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay here again.
