In addition to all of the money you’re already paying for the room, you also have to pay for parking and there is no food included in your stay, you have to pay for all of that separately (and the food there is EXPENSIVE and not that good). The walls are thin and you can hear rooms on both sides of you and people going up and down the halls all night and the bed was suuuuuuuper uncomfortable. Room service didn’t happen at all, except the one time we called because our son threw up and we needed fresh sheets, so we also ran out of clean towels within 2 days of our stay. Our first night, the toddler area in the waterpark had such cold water our toddler couldn’t play comfortably in it, it was ok by the third night though. Really don’t have anything good to say, we won’t be returning. I prefer a Best Western over this hotel any day.

The room was neat but not very clean as we found other guests clothing left in the bathroom and at the end of the kids bed was a lots of dust and cobwebs. One of our lamps bottom shad was barely hanging on.

The price has doubled in the last year. They even charge for parking now. 4 basic rooms for 2 nights and cabana for one day and over 5 grand. Save your money and go to triple play or silverwood or Mexico

Celebrated my son’s 2nd birthday with family and we had the best time ever! It was our first time at Great Wolf and we def want to make this an annual tradition. I love that the park can grow with him! The adults even had a fun in the water park. I wish there were more food options and more vegan friendly! I love that guests can bring their own food to store in the room. The rooms are VERY spacious. Not your typical hotel suite! We loved it!
