Mixed experiences with this hotel
The location is close to airport but quite out from tourist attractions. Rooms appear old and are not in good maintenance conditions as many things either not working properly. Hoever, common areas and breakfast are quite good. Honestly, in general, this facility does not live up to IHG standard.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, I encountered multiple issues that made my stay unplesant. Upon checking in, I was given a room that was poorly cleaned. The bathroom was particularly concerning—and it clearly had not been sanitized properly. Additionally, the bed sheets had a noticeable rip in them, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The room itself was uncomfortably hot, and despite adjusting the thermostat, I couldn't find a way to cool it down. To make matters worse, the air vent was filthy, blowing dust and dirt into the room. This only added to the discomfort and made the air quality feel unsafe. When I asked the front desk for an iron, I was told they didn’t have any irons on the property, which is astonishing for a hotel. This lack of basic amenities was just one more issue that compounded the poor experience. Noise levels were also an issue, with sounds from the hallway making it hard to relax. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning. Save your money and find a place that values guest comfort and cleanliness.

Stayed for one night prior to flying out of the Naples airport. My partner was traveling via the central train station. The front desk person was great. We received a very large room compared to my sister who was also staying (we booked the same room type & hers was the expected size). Bedroom was great. Bed was well made & clean. Bathroom was ok. They could definitely do more to clean the tub - some small spots of mildew were present.

Property in terrible neighborhood, not safe to walk outside the hotel . Dilapidated buildings surrounding hotel . Had to wait on line 40 min at check in at 245 pm to be told that room was not available and then 30 minutes 2 hours later wait again just to get room key. Suite had ants in the bed and no credit was offered when told desk person at checkout . Would definitely not stay there again !

not really close to public transportation and with little to no sidewalk. It is relatively close to the airport (less than 30 minutes) on a busy day but 15 minutes for us as it was an early morning departure.

If I was doing a stop over and had to spend the night in Naples, I may stay here again. This hotel is not in a tourist area. I compare the outskirts of the hotel of that like a shady part of Downtown LA or maybe even skid row but not quite as many homeless. Loud police sirens at all times of night. Once in my room, I didn’t feel unsafe. In the end, they upgraded us on our second stay as we wanted to be near the airport. Don’t have high expectations here. The positives were that they had a small gym and breakfast buffet was reasonably priced.
