The place is not a hotel. It is a historical castlelike palace which the owners decided to rentout in part (3 rooms). There is no reception, no staff, no front desk. Only 1 room has air conditioning. There is no parking, you have to walk up to the pedestrian only plaza, there is no indication, no marking, no sign. There is no one to talk to. The two old custodians meet you at the door for 2 minutes when you ring an unmarked bell. The hot water takes 10 or 15 minutes to be ready, there is no elevator but 2 long ramps of stairs, it is dark and The key doesn't work well. The facility is ancient, literally, and as such is both attractive and unpleasant. It is very suggestive as a historical location, but one would want modern day amenities and comfort, not a trip back in time. As much as the place could 've been amazing, the reality of it forces me to give it a negative review. The owner should invest in modernizing the place.
