"Only comment I’d like to add is that hotel management would enforce the quiet policy. From 9:30pm to 11pm there was a couple on floor 2 being super loud shouting and talking in very high volume. I know most hotels enforce quiet policy after 10pm."

"The front desk manager was extremely helpful and got our room ready for an early checkin. We had an issue with our room and he moved us with no delay and had someone help.move our bags to the new room with no delay. Hotel location was excellent within walkjng distance to all the fine restaurants in Downtown two blocks from our 2 favorites LaCocco, Italian and La Gare french. Would stay again when visiting Santa Rosa in the future. "

"Loved this hotel! The building was in great condition and very clean. Breakfast was also very clean and included plenty of options for different eaters (my kids loved the pancake machine!). We also used the hot tub which was very nice. "
