Book a hotel near Chalk Sound, Providenciales

"It was our first time to Turk and Caicos and this place did not disappoint. The pictures don't do it justice. Location on Silly Creek in Chalk Sound area was great for us. It was quiet, easy acces to the water for paddle boarding and the pool was refreshing with fantastic views day and night. The screened in porch was wonderful if you are worried about bugs. There was a cooler, beach bags and beach toys (if you have kids) available for use. The beds were comfortable, hot water and the kitchen had everything you would want as we cooked breakfast and some dinners. You do need a rental vehicle but we found it easy to get out and explore the entire island as needed. It's close to Taylor and Sopadilla beaches. Less than a 3 minute drive to each of those great beaches. But we went to the Grace Bay area along with others and never more than 30 minutes. Property Manager (Lois) was new to this property but very attentive and open to helping with any needs. We had none but he would still check in on us. Super nice and helpful!"

"Absolutely loved staying here! The unit was pristine, and has everything you need. I opted to save some money on food (which can be expensive there) by buying groceries which working out perfectly. I really appreciated that the unit came with everything you need for a beach trip (beach towels and chairs), which was extremely convenient. I waffled a bit before booking this place because I couldn’t decide if I wanted to stay closer to town or some of the most popular beaches - being on the Sound ended up being a great choice because it was quiet, not a lot of tourists, and there were two beautiful beaches within a 5 min drive (Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches). I also agree with other reviewers saying it’s one of the few times where reality was better than the photos - it was stunning. I’ve been all over the world and this was one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. I definitely look forward to coming back here on my next trip to TCI. "

"This property is located in a beautiful location. It needs quite a few upgrades. The cabinet door was missing in the kitchen. There were dying roaches in the bedrooms. The water glass in the bathroom looked like it had been previously used."

"We spent a few nights here during our trip to TCI. The location is away from the touristy areas, but still only a 15-20min drive to the bars and restaurants near Grace Bay. Chalk Sound is beautiful and the dock offers a peaceful spot to take in the view and access the water. Plenty of other beach options nearby, along with some great restaurants. Hope to visit again soon."

"Exceptional stay! House was perfect with the pool and access to the water w Kayaks. Beautiful views and location was in a quiet area away from the busier section near Grace Bay. Enjoyed some of the best restaurants on the island and were within easy driving distance from house. Beaches right down the street were fine with less crowds. Overall, entire family (6 adults) enjoyed the property and amenities. Would consider a stay at this property again."

"We stayed with two families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was just as described with perfect location near Taylor bay and well stocked. Kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, toys, beach towels and gas grill were great additions. Communication was excellent -she even offered the villa for an extra night If needed, as we were departing the day of the global IT outage."
