Near gîte 1071. Detached house comprising 1 gîte and the owner's second home, with private access and land not overlooked. Located 5 minutes walk from the slopes of the Chalmazel ski resort. Ski room. St-Georges-en-Couzan 8 km away.

The price includes: - The presence of an animal
- All charges (heating, electricity, gas and water) from April to November
