Gite on 2 levels, in a house adjoining the owners' house comprising on the ground floor: a living room-kitchen lounge area (a Rapido sofa bed for 2 people - Chromcast / Netflix connected television, a bathroom (shower and WC ), a reserve for storage 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm, 1 trundle sofa without leveling 2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm composed of 2 beds 1 person 80x200 cm) with a private bathroom each (shower and WC).Garden and terrace in fenced gravel.Carport and table tennis in common. Located on the heights of the city, this fenced property includes the main house, as well as an annex building composed of small apartments. Access to the property is via a gravel driveway for 150 m. The cottage has two outdoor living spaces, the garden on the south side and the terrace on the north side with garden furniture and barbecue. A large parking lot at the entrance allows you to park cars, with a shelter for 1 or 2 places. The services are all included: sheets, linens and towels, end of stay cleaning, and the beds are made on your arrival.

Une superbe maison
La maison est vraiment très confortable. Trois chambres à l'étage avec chacune leur belle salle de bain et leurs toilettes. Il y a également un coin couchage en bas (canapé) et une 4e salle de bain/toilettes. Tout est très moderne et bien fini. Il y a une grande table intérieure et une table extérieure parfaite pour les repas en famille et les jeux. Et même une grande TV pour regarder les JO ;-) La maison est assez retirée et on est au calme. Il faut prendre la voiture dès que l'on sort de la maison (il y a un grand centre commercial à 10 min). Petit point négatif, le WiFI est un peu poussif et on ne capte pas partout la 4G/5G (le mieux c'est la chambre du milieu ou la terrasse). Nous avons été accueillis par Florence, la propriétaire, qui a été très sympa et nous a donné des conseils de visites sur la région (belvédères, promenades, visite de Chambery, d'Aix les bains, ...). Bref, on recommande à 200% ;-)
