Apartment Overview
Apartment Biolay is a three bedroom apartment, conveniently located by the Planards ski area and Montenvers train station in the town of Chamonix. The modern apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests and is set up with everything you need for a great holiday in the Alps. A wood burning stove and a shared sauna offer you the chance to fully relax after a day on the mountains. Families with kids will love the nearby Planards amusement park and luge.

Apartment Details
The apartment is located over two floors with a private entrance on the ground floor. There is an open plan living/dining/kitchen with TV and DVD player and wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bath & WC. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and Bedroom 3 has one set of bunk beds, sleeping 2 guests. From this bedroom there is a patio door leading out to a shared terrace. The first floor bathroom is accessed from the corridor and has a shower, basin & WC. There is also an area for storing skis and kit. Externally, there is a shared terrace and sauna, a utility room with washer/dryer and a designated parking space to the front of the building.

Apartment Location
Apartment Biolay is in a great location in Chamonix. It is under a ten minute walk to the town centre but away from the noise in a quiet, residential spot. The apartment is around the corner from the Planards beginner ski slopes and the luge which is open year round and great entertainment for all ages. In the summer the Planards area becomes a children’s amusement park. The Montenvers train station, which takes you up the mountainside to the famous Mer de Glace is also just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. In conclusion, Apartment Biolay is a great spot for small groups and families who would like to be close to the action of Chamonix, but in a quiet spot.

What’s Included
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for 6 guests, end of stay cleaning and local taxe de sejour (tourist tax). This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.
