One of the original ‘Grand Houses' of Chamonix and listed as an architectural treasure by the town, this 4-bedroom house boasts an unbeatable central location and a lovely surrounding garden to enjoy also. The chalet has a cosy, modern feel with the living room offering comfortable sofas, a large dining area and enclosed fire place to keep you warm on those winter nights in. The Villa also offers a separate TV room.
With 2 double en-suite bedrooms, a 3rd double room with an extra mezzanine bed and a twin room which also has 2 trundle beds, the Villa can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. The variety of rooms means that the property is great for families with children or several sets of couples or friends travelling together looking to enjoy a little bit of luxury.
