It is located 4 minutes walk from the mythical Aiguille du Midi cable car, ideal for those who wish to discover this splendid site or for those who go to do the Vallée Blanche.

## Logement
The flat is cosy and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the furnished BALCONY, offering a sumptuous VIEW of the Mont Blanc range where you can enjoy your coffee or aperitifs at sunset! You will also have at your disposal a COVERED PARKING.

To ensure that your stay is comfortable, you will have at your disposal : Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Heating, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the CENTRE of Chamonix!

Its greatest asset is its location which allows you to enjoy the mountain activities; You will stay at :
15 min walk from the Brevent gondola (beware it's uphill!), 16 min from the "Domaine des Planards" which is a ski area for beginners in winter and amusement park in summer, 14 min from the Richard Bozon Aquatic Centre which also opens its doors to a multitude of activities: swimming pool, skating rink, fitness rooms... and 13 min from the Raft Chamonix Session for water sports such as white water rafting, tubing, hydrospeeding, canyoning, kayaking...

The resort is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you!

The Chamonix train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot and the bus station less than 5 minutes!
The transport is free thanks to the guest cards given in the flat.

A ski rental shop "O'shop" is located almost at the foot of the building (on the square just behind the bakery) and will offer you a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the flat.
On the same square, you will find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping, but also a pharmacy and a tobacco shop.

For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveller.

Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking ...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
