A great stay in a fantastic location. Staff were helpful and the rooftop spa and gym were a great addition after a day's skiing.

Nice hotel with character

Excellent location, super-friends staff, clean and comfortable. We had a room with a large balcony, and good mountains view. Perfect stay for a few days of skiing. The restaurant is nice for drinks but we found better places for food.

Terrible staff and service! You ask basic request as simple as “can I have a win opener” and they would simply say no. You go to use spa, no one is there to help you, they simply don’t clean your room not even replacing towels! Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life.

The property is located well. Close to everything and great view of the mountains. The staff are friendly. The room should have been cleaned better, there was food remnants stuck in the pillow ontop of the bed. Un- fresh smelling shower.

The beds need an update. The mattresses are pretty hard and seem old. Also, parking is challenging with the need to call to be let in every time and then drive on what is supposed to be a pedestrian walkway.

TMB trip

Great stay. Clean rooms. Big shower. Beautiful view from a nice sized balcony. Good service. Spa upstairs. Charges for luggage storage if you have luggage transfer/ delivery for TMB.
