When I check in there was a young girl and she is not friendly and not helpful at all. She shows not welcome on her face. The next day morning there is a lady she was very nice. But I will not stay in this hotel hotel.

This place has a great friendly vibe. The rooms are modern and clean. Love the towel warming rack for drying laundry. They offer free secure luggage storage if you are heading out on the TMB. The bus from Geneva is just next door so very convenient. There are also 2 gondolas that are close as well to the hotel.

Very friendly staff, especially the check in lady - Sarah - and excellent room (we got upgraded to a two bedroom suite for some reason which we loved), beautiful surroundings, nice small breakfast option!

Amazingly clean, helpful staff and perfect location (right beside the bus station). Walkable to the center and midi lift. Definitely recommended! Will choose Plan B if I come to Charmojixnagaun!

A fine place to stay: clean and functional. Room size was decent as was the bathroom. Friendly staff. I tried the breakfast which was ok although probably not worth the 21 euro. Not in the centre of town but it is only a three minute walk away.

Traveled as a family with children. The hotel had a parking garage for an extra fee. The rooms were clean but a little warm at night. Bed was comfortable. Location was great; easy access to shopping, dining, walking in town. We enjoyed about stay.
