The rooms are nice. Breakfast is good too. There are a lot of food options in the neighborhood. However, the elevator was not working, and the curtains in the rooms are thin.

The room was great. The elevator is out of service. The breakfast was just ok. We were notified that they were offering dinner but that was canceled due to lower occupancy due to the elevator.

Breakfast was good, typical for a hotel hot breakfast. Our room’s bathroom sink had a faucet that was not securely bolted down and the sink stopper was missing. The elevator was out of service which they did not tell us until after putting us in a second story room.

The only reason I gave this a 3 instead of 4 was we were there for a ball tourney and the elevator was broken, to take everything up 3 flights of stairs (coolers, gear, luggage) was just inconvenient, staff was great and breakfast was actually decent for hotel breakfast!

I was very thankful for friendly staff who went above and beyond when I was having difficulties with my credit card upon checking in! I appreciated the clean, quiet room and comfortable bed! (The tasty breakfast, as well.) I would happily stay here again.

This Country Inn & Suites was fine. The staff was friendly, the hotel is overall in decent enough shape. We did encounter a few issues: there was someone else's hair in the bedsheets when we arrived, there are no blackout curtains (even in rooms that face a large street with bright flood lights), and the meals are extremely bare-bones and below average, so we ended up having to spend more $ going into town and paying for breakfast.

Possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Check-in required signing a lot of documents, including a "no rough-housing" policy and al checklist of housekeeping services desired. Housekeeping provided no services. We were on the first floor so were not inconvenienced by the fact that the elevator was out of order during our stay. Overall, the hotel was kind of rundown- chipped paint, stained carpet. I've previously stayed at other Country Inn properties and found them satisfactory. I'll never stay at this one again.
