I adore this hotel - we always stay here when hiking in the area. It’s beautifully decorated and cozy and the spa is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Champery !

never go again, very bad SERVICE, they lied to us
NEVER go AGAIN! if you have a possibility - avoid the hotel! breakfast is close to zero. they lied about room, we paid for it and then found jaccuzi in corridor, not belongs to the room, behind glass wall. then they a) refused to back money, we left hotel; b) they several times lied about room description during dispute, quietly changed it a bit; c) then said they will use their director position in swiss otelliers and will take legal actions against us if we will place bad review. Never seen same arrogant behavior. They just just destroyed our weekend.
