"Not a bad place, the pool side is noisy with children until 10pm. The street side is noisy with the train. This our second time staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to grocery, liquor store. Lots of free parking. "

"Don’t let the outside fool you! Looks like rooms have been recently (in the last couple of years) renovated. Very clean and the beds are comfortable. Newer tv’s with excellent quality picture. There are two pools and one spa on property. One indoor pool that is open year-round, the other is outdoor and only open in the summer. We’ve stayed here often over the course of about 25 years. We are generally hotel people, not motel. But we love this place! And the price is very reasonable. "

"My daughter and I recently enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The owners are terrific - serve delicious breakfasts, share interesting travel stories and good conversation, maintain very clean and comfortable rooms. The eggs with breakfast are from their very own chickens!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and if I’m ever fortunate enough to be in Genelle again, I’m staying with Gordon and Todd!!"
