Charming very quiet, comfortable chalet, for rent in all seasons.
It is located in a residential leisure park "Les Chalets des Cimes" n ° 49, 30 minutes from Grenoble, with caretaker and outdoor parking as well as a swimming pool in summer.
This individual wooden chalet, very pleasant and functional, non-smoking, has a living area of 38m2 and a terrace of 12m2.
It can accommodate up to 6 people.
This chalet has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed (new mattress) and 1 bedroom with bunk beds), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 sitting area (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 1 fully equipped kitchen ( combined microwave oven, grill and plancha machine, raclette machine, dishwasher and washing machine), separate WC, garden furniture.
Household linen is not provided.
It is located at the end of the area therefore offering tranquility and a magnificent view of the forest.

Holiday to remember
From booking the chalet to arriving communication with the host has been great. We've been to chamrousse before and love it especially the chalets with there perfect location just off the slopes. Although the chalet guard didn't speak much English we checked in with out any problems at all. The chalet its self is well equipped and comfy. Would be a squeeze for 6 people but do able. It was perfect for the two of us especially because I had planned our engagement. Hence a holiday to remember.

Super séjour à Chamrousse
Très contents de notre séjour dans ce chalet. Il est très beau et très bien agencé. Tout est présent pour passer un bon séjour (lave vaisselle, lave linge, appareil à raclette, luges...). Le chalet est tout proche des pistes et il est possible de revenir skis aux pieds jusque derrière le logement. Nous avons apprécié que nos filles puissent sortir jouer dans la neige et faire de la luge directement à la sortie du chalet et en sécurité car il n'y a pas de voitures autour. Le seul petit bémol est pour l'électricité qui a souvent disjonctée mais ce n'est pas spécifique à ce chalet, les responsables du site nous ont confirmé que tous les logements ont le même problème. Il faut faire attention à ne pas allumer trop d'appareils électriques en même temps.

chalet agréable et bien situé
Agréable séjour au seins de ce chalet en limite de piste ski de fond et a 150 piste alpin. Gros bémol sur le compteur électrique dont l ampérage est bien trop limite. Impossible de faire tourner en même temps la machine a laver avec un seul radiateur sous peine de faire sauter les plombs idem pour micro onde et TV ,bouilloire...

Le chalet était très propre et parfait pour 3 personnes (voire 4) Plein de placards et tout le nécessaire ! En revanche l’accès n’est pas très pratique pour les personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite (petit chemin enneigé glissant , avec les bagages …) Mais l’ensemble nous a beaucoup plu ! On recommande !

Magnifique paysages
Le chalet est très beau avec tout le confort et une jolie vue, le site est magnifique avec beaucoup d'endroit à visiter, les paysages sont époustouflants on en a pleins la vue. Prévoir des vêtements pour le froid même en été.

Le chalet est très bien conçu avec beaucoup de rangemens, très bien équipé avec lave vaisselle et lave linge. Il est décoré avec goût et très cosy, nous avions l impression d être comme chez nous. Le seul bémol : le voisinnage avec le chalet juste à côté.
