On arrival , have told that i am senstive to noise, I was polite on my request . The reception said yes sir , yes sir, yes sir. I was shocked that they booked a room that wall was sharing to elevator , next wall was sharing to service room. Next day , it was resolved. I thanked management. they changed to another room in the same floor. To add surprise more to new room, 430 am in the morning directly above my new room , the cleaning staff started to clean room , drag & move the furniture , so it was much annoying. in which hotel , will they do this? 430 am - 6 am , so much disturbed sleep. the staff must stop saying yes sir yes sir yes sir for all. They are loosing the comprehension to understand the conversation and request. They must focus on reciprocating the conversation and request.

We loved our stay at JW Mariott in Chandigarh. Definitely the 5 atar expwriwnce we were looking for. Rooms were spacious, moden and comfirtable. SPA facility was awesome with both dry sauna and steam room thar we enjoyed a lit. Kids loved the outdoor swimming pool though it was a little small. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great with a lot of options. Staff was super friendly and caring. Big shout out to the chef Amit Nayak who made sure we were taken care of and made special dishes for us. Overall a great experience !

I stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh on my way back from Shimla to Delhi. The location of the hotel is a bit strange - the accessible room was the furthest from the lift. However, the service and food at the hotel are top-notch, as you would expect from a Marriott brand. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, and they even went out of their way to get me medication from the market. Overall, I would recommend JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Chandigarh. Here are some of the things I liked about the hotel: - The service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. - The food was delicious. There are four restaurants in the hotel, and I tried them all. I was not disappointed. - The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. - The pool is a great place to relax and cool off. Here are some things that I didn't like about the hotel: - The location of the accessible room was a bit strange. It was the furthest from the lift, which made it difficult to get around. - The pool area was a bit crowded. Overall, I had a very positive experience at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Chandigarh.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of travel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. One highlight was the pool area, which was a great place to unwind. However, I did notice a few spots in the pool that could use a bit more attention to maintenance. While it didn't significantly impact our enjoyment, addressing these issues would elevate the experience to a perfect 5 stars. Despite this minor detail, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and overall great atmosphere.
