Good service. Room furnishings are outdated. Table lamp had open wires sealed using electrical tape. Bare plywood on the bed headframe. Faulty flush in the toilet, kept dripping all night.

Decent stay
Food was decent, furniture was old and not sturdy. Bed frame made mattress go deep shallow from center. Woke up with a backpain next morning. Shower are tub aren't quite good, were decent.

Overall its a nice well maintained property. It's clean and well positioned. The breakfast options were really good. However i had a concern on the quality of the mattress as one side of the bed was not comfortable and I even got back ache because the bedding was sinking in.

I stayed 5 nights, was first time in Chandigarh. Hotel is very nice, didn’t have very good experience. Staff definitely needs to be TRAINED well.
