"I went to this property on Thanksgiving night after booking through Expedia. They told me the room I pre-paid for didn’t have AC so they upgraded me to a suite. This room was so big and spacious and I was able to work from the desk in there the next morning, super friendly, beautiful hotel"

"This was my family’s first out of town trip. We came in town for a wedding. When I arrived I was preblocked according to my request which was wonderful. Catherine I believe her name is, checked me in and it was a beautiful interaction. There were a few things I wasn’t pleased with. However, I have worked at a Marriott hotel before and I have certain expectations with Marriott. So being in a room with an adjoining door that doesn’t fully close was unacceptable to me. Also there was a tube of chapstick left behind by previous guest and hair stands on the edge of the tub. The door of the bathroom looked to have a bit of mold around the top hinge. And I feel the sit in the tub could have been placed in better. Room 132 I believe is ADA. Other than this the room was perfect for my young Autistic son. We loved the area. Walmart and more is walking distance. The area is very lovely and safe. I definitely recommend this location and the Front Desks Agents are a Blessing. I believed that I left my phone behind. We live in Southern California. I called spoke to Ahliya (apologies if spelling is wrong) she checked twice for me. Luckily my husband found it. I just wanted to note that the courtesy of finding my phone felt like she made it a priority. 👏👏 Thank you Spring Hill for a great stay!"

"I stayed for one night. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The rooms have an older style to them, but everything worked fine. The only recommendation that I would make is to put a mattress cover over the mattress , so it’s easily removable and washable! There was a stain on the mattress, but the sheets were clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean! Quiet area! "
