Quiet lakefront retreat on Lake Palestine with beautiful views inside and out. This charming two story lakefront is located 15 minutes southwest of the historic Tyler, Texas. It offers a boat dock great for fishing, beach for swimming, fire pit, BBQ, hammock, cable tv with a sports package, double-car drive-thru carport and a marina just 2min down the road. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat in a tranquil environment this is the place for you. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The three bedrooms have high-end memory foam and pillow-top queen mattresses, with soft linens that will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The back porch has two levels with a beautiful views of the large tree-lined backyard and the gorgeous lake.

The property was just as advertised! My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay, taking advantage of the fire pit, looking at the stars and sitting on the dock benches. Hollie was very helpful with any questions we had and great to work with!

Peaceful getaway
My family and I were in my hometown for a wedding and wanted a place to stay where we could relax after going to a lot of events! This place was absolutely perfect, we did not have one single problem or issue and the host was so incredibly nice and helpful! She even let us use her kid’s fishing poles!! We were able to fish and kayak among just getting to have a homey place to relax after long busy days! My family and I had the best time and my kids are already asking to stay there again!! I highly recommend staying here and definitely will come back! Thanks again Hollie for having such a beautiful place!!

This house is just what the doctor ordered. The living room, dining room, upstairs bedroom and kitchen all have beautiful views of an expansive backyard and Lake Palestine. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, kayaking, and wading in the water. There is a nice deck to read our eat outside. We truly enjoyed our time.

From the minute we sat on the porch, our stress dissolved. This was the PERFECT weekend getaway! Our host helped hook us up with a fishing guide, and we FEASTED like royalty! Kitchen is well stocked with necessary cookware and dishes, beds were great, house was super comfortable, and the view of the lake was priceless! Will definitely book again!

Perfect Getaway for Solar Eclipse
We stayed at this beautiful lake house for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time! We enjoyed every part of this house - the rain shower, soaking tub, downstairs and upstairs deck, firepit, swing and of course the lake and all the water activities. The owner was very responsive with every question before and during the stay. Mr. Cooper (a neighbor's dog?) greeted us and came to check on us every now and then ☺️

Perfect home on the best lot to enjoy the lake and outdoors. Great beach access to the lake. House is clean and well maintained. Neighborhood is quiet. Fire put was a nice addition to the overall experience.

The house and property were beautiful. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Every room in the house was beautifully decorated and the house was decorated for Christmas. Everything was perfect from the big windows facing the lake to the awesome master bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return in the summer.

We stayed here for our 22nd annual Christmas trip. The house was decorated for Christmas throughout the house. It was the perfect set up for the 3 of us, each had a private bedroom. The view of the lake was fabulous. I’d definitely go back!
