It was quite a strange room. With the glass partition for the bathroom there felt like very little privacy. Reminded me of a hospital room quite a lot. The purple lights were also weird, like they were going for a theme but it didn't work. The location was really convenient and the beds were comfortable, we all slept great. Keep in mind there was no windows in room, which didn't bother us but might bother those who are a little claustrophobic. Keep in mind checkout is 9am unless you book direct with the hotel, then it's 11am. We didn't not know that and were pretty surprised because it felt a bit unfair. The shops don't open until 10am and waterfall also doesn't begin until later too. Breakfast was pastries and juices and was plenty to keep kids satisfied. Easy walk back to airport.

Didn't have the greatest time..Paid close to $350 per room that you can only check in at 6 pm and check out at 9 am. Room is awfully small. If you're traveling with more than 1 large luggage, stay away. For a little bit more money you're better off at the Crowne Plaza which will give you normal check in time and very spacious room.

I have stayed at YOTEL before. Perfect for long layover and conveniently located within the incredible Jewel Changi. Great cabin accomodation. Only downside is the breakfast - which is only juice and light pastry. For what you’re paying for the room, this aspect could be vastly improved.

Adequate but NEEDS shower glass partition to keep
This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Yotelair. As always, great location and convenience and staff. But i always make the same observation and suggestion and i never hear back. Room is qyute adequate for a short stay but the shower stall NEEDS a shower curtain or sliding glass door. There is definitely enough space to install one and it will keep all the shower water from leaking out into the toilet area. I don't know why they won't install one. Not only will it keep the rest of the bathroom dry, it will allow guests to comfortably take showers normally without having to cramp up into an awkward corner.

This establishment is located on the 4th floor in the back of the jewel in changi airport. I had to go past immigration so that was an added step that I wasn’t aware of until their last minute email. The place has a lot of rooms so it was like a maze looking for my room. The room was clean and had a attached desk and one small chair. The room isn’t the biggest so if you have a couple large luggages, it may be a tight fit. Bed & pillows were super soft and comfortable, plus the bed reclines !! The only downside was that the breakfast choices were disappointing. Just some muffins and toast then coffee. I wish there were more choices available. J

Bon choix d'hôtel pour être directement dans l'aéroport pour prendre son vol s'il est tôt le matin. Les chambres sont très petites par contre. Il y a une pièce réservée pour les clients où on trouve tables et chaises pour manger. Il y a aussi une machine à café (gratuit), un grille-pain et des jus et fruits dans le frigo pour le déjeuner. Sinon, il y a plusieurs options pour se restaurer avec les nombreux restaurants dans le terminal 1. Le check-inn et le check-out se font de façon rapide et efficace. L'hôtel est situé juste à côté du Jewel.

An acceptable stay for the price.
It was an acceptavle stay for the price. The sheets on the bed had some tears and the matress cover seemed small for the matress. The fold away table was dirty, but the room was comfy and the water got hot quickly so I feel it evened out. It had enough outlets for charging my devices so I was rrasy to explore the wonders of Singapore. Despite the negatives I would still stay there again, the staff were friendly and the breakfast service was nice and tasty.

YOTELAIR in general is an awesome hotel. It is relatively a tight room which is okay for short stay. It's location is a selling point since it's inside a Jewel Mall and close to the airport

A great option for a quick overnight stay if flight missed in Singapore. Tiny rooms with a reclining bed but works for a one night stays. Set in The Jewel complex in Terminal 1 it’s easy access to shopping, transport and dining options.

The rooms are extremely small, either the guest or the suitcase enters, but not both at the same time. The towels had holes, were dirty, stained and smelled very bad. The mattress is very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The price is excessive for what one gets in return. Check in is at 6 pm and check out is at 9 am. You cannot leave your suitcases with them, they charge you for each piece regardless of size. The only positive thing is the location, which is right in the center of the Jewel.
