Ground floor: Large kitchen, large living room with dining area and lounge/bedroom area (2 single beds including a trundle bed), 1 bedroom (1 140 bed), 1 bedroom (2 twin 90 beds), shower room (shower and toilet).
Electric heating, pellet stove.
From the living room you will access the communal green space and your private terrace by going down the stairs.
All shops on site. superb hikes in the Bouble gorges, a site classified as a "sensitive natural area" of great ecological, landscape and cultural wealth on the way to Saint Jacques en Bourbonnais GR300. It is located 15 minutes from the A71 Clermont Ferrand/Paris, 35 minutes from Vichy, 15 km from St Pourçain sur Sioule, Charroux classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France is 5 minutes by car.
Private spa available all year round as an option with a supplement of €25/stay to be paid on site to the owner.
