One of the better Extended Stay locations.
One of the better Extended Stay locations. Some of them can be terrible but this one is old but clean. A sign of a good management.

Toilets not working, Room keys did not work. Everytime u go out someone from hotel got to check u into room. Staff was inconsiderate and told me that they can refund and I need to book somewhere else if don’t like it.

There was a cockroach crawling on the counter in the bathroom. There were not enough space for cars in the park lot. The staff told me to park at the mall across the road

Very poor maintenance
When we walked in the door and turned on the lights we saw cockroaches scatter. The door would not accept our room card and were told we had to walk to the opened of the bldg. and use the other door. Then front desk said the elevator did not work so at 68 years old we had to carry our bags up the stairs to the third floor.

Very friendly staff and great location that was close to a lot of activities and stores. The elevator was not working during our stay. The hallway to our room smelled of cigarette smoke but our room was great.

This was a horrible experience. I had booked 2 nights and hit some bad traffic. I was traveling all night, a 10 hour drive. At 9:45 PM, I had called the property and told them that I was stuck in traffic in NYC. I explained that my GPS said I would be there at 1:45 AM. I let the front desk know this and the person I spoke to told me that it was not a problem. They said as long as I called and told them, they would hold the room. I arrived at 2:15 am and the person that was there told me they had no rooms left. I explained that I called and showed my phone log to show that I had spoke to someone. He said that he had no rooms left and that they had received no money from me to refund. He kept saying that. I told him that I paid in full. He told me to sit down in a very cold way. I asked to speak to his manager and he called the manager and wouldn’t let me speak to her initially. I then told him I was going to issue a complaint against this place with Expedia and the Better Business Bureau. The manager must have agreed to speak to me at this point. She told me that they sold the room and there was nothing they could do. I demanded my money back and asked her to contact Expedia to authorize the refund. She said I had to do this. Then, someone else came out to the front desk and apologized to me for this. By this time, it was after 3:00 AM. I was exhausted. He told me he would take the phone call from Expedia and authorize the refund right away. Not good exp

Wouldn't stay again
There was only 1 small of soap for 2 people. There were roaches in the room. You tv was facing opposite the bed so you actually couldn't see it. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work so we had to carry our suitcases and bags all the way upstairs.

It was ok. Because it is an extended stay, there were absolutely no amenities provided – shampoo, conditioner, etc. For kitchenette, but dishes, or utensil had to be requested. The front desk staff during weekday afternoons was not very friendly.

Very difficult to reach staff at Front Desk when I called regarding my refundable deposit that remained on my credit card. I called every day for 3-5 days after the time had passed for the deposit to be refunded and no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my $100 refundable deposit credited back to my card. I also had to keep asking for a sheet, pillow and blanket for the sofa bed for my son. I asked 3 times and kept being told that someone would come right away. Four hours later, I went down to the Front Desk and the gentleman told me the sheets were being washed! What?!? Then, he said someone would bring the sheets, blanket and pillows to my room. I told him I would wait because I had already been told that 4 hours ago. He walked into a back room and came back with a blanket, a sheet and a pillow. This was a poor experience and I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this location to anyone I know.

Room was clean.. but found 3 roaches on 3 separate trips to the bathroom.. was told i would be given my room deposit back right then and would have a manager contact me about the roaches.. a week later, still no calls and no deposit return. Staff on site was friendly as i was to them as well.
