Great hotel we moved on the last night to a room with a bath thank you to the manager for arranging this. Rooms very comfortable stains in the corridor carpets should be addressed and the seating in the bedrooms also need stream cleaned

Good hotel, bad city
The hotel was excellent, in the city center. What was not so excellent, is that our car was broken into and stolen from shortly after our arrival at Charleroi, even though it was in the Q-Park (not affiliated with Novotel). We had not researched Charleroi before coming there, so we didn't know that it is known for its level of crime and beggars. When I went to move my car to a safer location, I noticed unsavory people squatting inside the garage.

Helpful front desk. Nothing open to eat on Belgium national day. Nice room marred by hard bed and unusual pillows. Well placed for centre and rail stations.

This room was described as superior room,we found the room was basic nothing superior about it,there was no dressing table just small table beside sitting chairs,not even iron or iron board in room. Looking on to anunkept area at back of hotel.

Very nice hotel in the Charleroi city center. Most restaurants closed by 7 or 8pm, and was difficult to find many solid dining options. Not an easy city to navigate without a car.

Hotel itself is OK - similar to other Novotels I have stayed in. Area around hotel rather grim. Several defunct shops and restaurants. Not the fault of the hotel. Need a good street plan to find hotel unless somebody gives you directions. If you consult Google maps print out the detailed directions if you can. Unless your smartphone can direct you.

L'équipe de cet hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnelle ! De l'accueil au bar en passant par le petit-déjeuner, chaque membre du staff est aux petits soins pour les clients ! Les chambres sont ultra propres, modernes et bien équipées. Localisation parfaite au coeur de la ville. Petit-déjeuner parfait (en salle comme en chambre). Agréable bar avec un joli toit terrasse. The hotel was nicer than most chains I've stayed in. Right next to a shopping mall, so parking is available and there are numerous shops and things to do. The cost of breakfast is exorbitant, but there are quite a few cafés/boulangeries in the area that deliciously solve that particular problem. Overall, would recommed.
