Great no frills hotel. Do it.
It was exactly what it should have been. A little high on the price but the hotel was clean, the staff was great and everything was easy. Breakfast was perfect for our quick trip. My fridge didn’t work, told staff, had a new one brought to me in 10 minutes.

The staff were so friendly and accommodated a room change request for me to a quieter location. The rooms were spotless and contemporary style. Easy to park and easy to get to restaurants and shopping and freeway.

Great staff made for a great stay!
Stayed for 4 days and was so impressed with the service. I was given a different room than what I reserved upon arriving. Although I stayed in it the first night, the next morning the front desk was so accommodating and moved me to my original room of choice, even though they would be fully booked that evening. Ms Lisa of housekeeping even moved my luggage to the new room while I was at work. And Ms Orie (the Assistant GM?) was so friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. We were even on first name basis by the second day! It’s these things, plus the friendliness of the entire staff, that would make me come back every time I’m in town. Plus those beds are so comfy!

The room is advertised as 300sqft. It is 200 at best. Big enough for a bed and that’s all. We had to leave and it was horrible trying to get refunded because o booked through Expedia. I had to beg Expedia to refund me so we could book elsewhere. There’s no way we could have stayed in there with 2 adults and a toddler. There wasn’t enough spare space to even put our stroller. The only good thing I encountered was the front desk staff. Bree I think her name was. She is a lovely young lady and was very patient with me although I was very upset. She couldn’t refund me but she had great customer service skills.
