I was surprised how clean and updated it was. My wife and I just came in to stay the night before our early flight the next morning.

A great location! Close to museums and many, good dining options. Courteous staff, tasty free breakfast, clean, quiet, and comfy rooms, and 24/7 coffee, tea, and chilled lemon water in the lobby. Lots of free parking, surrounding the hotel.

Hotel was ok. There was places to eat but most of them was a cross a busy street. Bojangles closed at 8, there was a brewery around the corner from the hotel that was good. For the price and location not bad for the night.

Lillian- worst manager you ever met.
Lillian is a nasty woman. She did not recall the details of a conversation we had a week prior to our arrival. She told me on the phone one thing and in person said something different. She had no interest in letting you speak or helping. White women like her are a danger to society. She is a racist who thinks people of color have attitude. When trying to be firm with her, she became hyper sensitive and turned us away. I feel bad for any people of color who have to interact with her. Her heart is full of hate. She is a danger to the hotel and should not be allowed to work anymore. Please fire her or allow her to retire. She is insane.

Great except breakfast
The breakfast was not great but the room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and had lots of pillows. If you’re a wanting an amazing breakfast in the morning this place is not for you.
